Inbound Marketing Coordinator

The Inbound Marketing Coordinator (IMC) A.K.A. the gate keeper, is the main point of client contact. While executing an outlined Inbound strategy, the IMC will work closely with an Inbound Marketing Strategist, our creative team and the client to create, execute, analyze then rework the Inbound campaign. Function as a proactive, productive member of the client services team who can Interface effectively with teammates, colleagues, clients or strangers!  An effective IMC will balance client demands with participation in broader agency initiatives and never miss a beat. Primary Responsibilities

  • Nurture and expand client relationships
  • Schedule and manage inbound marketing tactics and activities utilizing tools such as Hubspot, Basecamp and Google Apps 
  • Participate in client initiation/planning process. Documenting key input and insights from client to deliver notes focused on industry pain points, competitive advantages along with other strategic components
  • Act as support to the Marketing Strategist to ensure a successful campaign 
  • On-time and accurate entry of new projects/job orders into Basecamp providing tactical and critical information for campaign roll-out
  • Create communications documents that will clearly articulate project and scope to all integral colleagues, clients and sub-clients/employees
  • Lead daily meeting to ensure projects will be completed by deadline 
  • Coordinate and attend client meetings with prepared agenda. Notes taken during meeting to include meeting minutes, inputs, decisions, actions and next steps required
  • Provide research and other support as may be required to complete any give campaign
  • Continuous tracking via analytics software to ensure timely awareness and rectification of all client related issues. Elevate critical issues to the Marketing Consultant and/or the Marketing Strategist without delay
  • Produce reports and other data as may be necessary or required by the Marketing Strategist to ensure regular and consistent data review
  • Manage project budget and timeline

 Not Required, but a plus

  • Bachelors's degree in marketing or related business field
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Google Analytics Certification
  • Saleforce Certification
